It is official I am allergic to ragweed. For the last week I have been sniffling and sneezing and now I know why. The ragweed pollen count is really high. Now everything is clear.
We had a grouping of them at the end of the driveway and the caretaker forgot to mow it and it was growing and growing… So I decided that it was time to pull it all out. At that time, I didn’t know what kind of plant it was and so decided that I had better remove it. Wow, while I was pulling the plant out, I would sneeze and sneeze. My arms were itchy after too. So whatever it was, I knew I was allergic to it. Now I am glad that I removed it.
So we went online and found pictures and descriptions of them. They are nice looking plants, surprisingly, Andrew will all his allergies is not allergic to them, but Matthew is and sneezes when he is around it. Oh well.
