We are almost at the end of October and the weather has been unseasonably warm. When I saw that the temperatures were going to be 24C this last weekend, we figured that we would make the most of the warm weather.
Typically as Matthew works on Saturday afternoon, we can’t really go anywhere far. So we decided to go to Woodside, the childhood home of Willam Lyon Mackenize King. It is only a 2km Bike ride from our house so why not. We could do the visit and be home in plenty of time for Matthew to have lunch before work. It is a National Park, so we took advantage of the free pass this year. It was a fun filled day with the family.
Sunday, we decided that we would go to the beach, everyone loves the beach, so we made the 1.5 hour trek to Grand Bend on Lake Huron. Another fun fill family day. They all went into the water…… crazy! I just enjoyed my afternoon relaxing….
