So we make the 12 hour drive, more like 14 hours, including pee breaks, gas fill ups and traffic jams. We didn’t really stop for a meal. Just lots of snacking. So we got into town before sunset, only leaving 10 minutes later than the 4am departure time and arriving around 6pm ish!
By the time we checked in and moved all our stuff in to the room, the moon was out and what a beautiful view from out room. I think it is close to a full moon.
This morning was a lazy one for everyone. Kyle had to work and the kids just sat around relaxing and reading.
I took the kids to the beach in the afternoon, they had blast playing in the waves and playing games they invented on the beach.
Then they washed off in the roof top heated pool and then into the indoor hot tub.Taking advantage of the luxuries..
