Happiness is a Choice

Did you know that either as the result of a sub-conscious or a conscious decision our mood is always a choice that me make. So with that in mind, remember if you are angry or sad you can make a decision to become glad.

Yes there are things that upset us and annoy us, but only because at some point in our life we made a decision to respond that way. Over time by repeating that behavior, it becomes a habit. Once it becomes a habit it becomes a sub-conscious decision which can even occur with out us even knowing it is happening.

The first step to making a change is to become more aware of our thoughts. Once we become aware of our thoughts we can make a choice to change our thoughts. Once we consistently make a different choice that new choice will become a habit and replace the old choice.

The easiest way to make lasting change is to replace old undesirable habits with new desirable habits. Over time, and it does not take long, you will find that you have transformed your life.

Remember that every minute spent being sad is a lost minute of happiness that you can never get back. Fill your life with happiness and allow that habit to rule your life.
